Cancellation policy

The following is our cancellation policy pertaining to all our orders

  • In case if you wish to cancel after you have placed an order on our website, please do so immediately.
  • However, once the order is communicated to our warehouse and is processed from there, we cannot cancel the order.
  • There will be no cancellation on products ordered during a “sale”. A sale being any promotional sales that have offers or/and discounts.
  • In case if you receive faulty/damaged products, please inform our customer service immediately. They will assist you on how to return and will initiate the refund after checking and verifying your claim. All return request will have to be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
