Returns and refund policy
The following are the returns and refund policy of Bandidos.
- Some products cannot be returned and such products will be mentioned in the product page itself.
- Damaged or defective products should be returned in the condition they came in and should include all accessories with it.
- All products are quality checked before dispatching by Bandidos Pitstop official and thus we ensure all of them are in working condition.
- In order to return a product one should fill out the return form. Upon submitting it, provided the return request is accepted you will receive an email in which you will get a walkthrough on how to return the product.
- All returns should only be processed through the return form (link to returns form). All other returns not obeying the above will in no case be entertained.
- Bandidos has three return policies. They are
- Replacement only
- Refund only
- Refund or replacement
- All return request forms should be filed within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. Any request preceding that will not qualify for replacement or refund.
- You should inspect the product as and when received and should submit a return request within the above given stipulated time window given.
- We will refund you any shipping charges either as cash or as Bandidos credit depending on the amount. For the same you will be required to submit the proof of payment to the courier. The shipping cost will only be refunded in case of faulty or damaged product.
