Cancellation policy

In keeping with Bandidos goal of ensuring User satisfaction, any return or cancellation of Products by customer shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. Customers are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platform. The terms contained in this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platform.

In case of Extenuating Circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events, we will assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

There will be no cancellation on products ordered during a “promotional sale”

1 Cancellation by BANDIDOS PITSTOP : There may be certain orders that BANDIDOS PITSTOP  is unable to accept and must cancel. BANDIDOS PITSTOP reserves the right, at BANDIDOS PITSTOP’s sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by BANDIDOS PITSTOP. BANDIDOS PITSTOP may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. BANDIDOS PITSTOP will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your account. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or BANDIDOS PITSTOP.

2 Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, BANDIDOS PITSTOP reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if BANDIDOS PITSTOP receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by BANDIDOS PITSTOP, BANDIDOS PITSTOP shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. BANDIDOS PITSTOP will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. BANDIDOS PITSTOP has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by BANDIDOS PITSTOP and accept BANDIDOS PITSTOP’s decision regarding the cancellation.

3 BANDIDOS PITSTOP reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order' as determined by BANDIDOS PITSTOP  as per certain criteria. Any Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

  1. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
  2. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address
  3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
  4. Invalid address given in order details
  5. Any malpractice used to place the order

Terms of cancellation

A. Cancellation procedure

        • A customer is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Bandidos.
        • Upon successfully placing an order on the Platform and after Bandidos has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as defined in the Delivery Policy), the customer will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the customer in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products. 
        • Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, if the customer decides to cancel the purchase, the customer can do so by requesting Bandidos to process a cancellation by directly contacting our Customer Care Department via call or WhatsApp (Mobile no: 8589020202). It is essential to provide order details, including the order number, to facilitate a smooth cancellation procedure.
        • Except for returns to Bandidos Wallet, all refunds are subject to the appropriate charges (2.5% of the invoiced amount) for payment gateways' payment processing fees. 
        • If the payment is made using any EMI option/financial third party assistance (credit cards or EMI cards) while ordering, the refund charge may alter based on related processing costs (if any) from third parties, which will be deducted from the invoiced amount during refund.

B.Cancellation after dispatch.

      • We Bandidos, do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders unless it comes under any extenuating circumstances as stated above. 

      • Shall be returned by the customer in accordance with the conditions outlined in the return and refund policy (after the purchase has been delivered).
