Return and refund policy

The following are the return and refund policy of Bandidos.

  • Please refer to our terms outlined in our cancellation policy for refunds that are subject to order cancellation by customer.
  • All products listed in will be bound by this return and refund policy. Using the website means you have read and understood the terms and conditions of return and refund policy
  • The Customer shall ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, with price tags intact, all components packaging material undamaged and unused.
  • All products are quality checked before dispatching by Bandidos Pitstop officials and thus we ensure all of them are in working condition.
  • Products will be replaced only in case of defects in the Products, incorrect products shipped to the User, missing components, and size fitting issues for riding gears, and not for any other reason.
  • In case of damaged goods being delivered or wrong size or wrong specification is delivered we offer only replacement. No refund of the same will be provided under any condition.
  • If we don’t have any such products for replacing to customer, then ‘only’ we will be initiate refund process.
  • For having a seamless replacement/refund procedure, complaints must be filed with our Customer Care department within 3 to 4 days following the product's delivery.
  • If there are any changes to this rule, the same will be mentioned in the description of the product. Unless anything is specifically mentioned, all products will be bound by the above given policies. In the event where the Customer claims to have self-shipped the Product and Bandidos does not receive the returned Product or the package containing such Product is empty or anything other than the ordered product, the Customer shall be required to submit the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier/postal agency to Bandidos to prove his/her claim of return of Products through self-shipment to Bandidos. It is specifically clarified that any refunds shall be processed by Bandidos, only upon it receiving the returned Products and concluding required quality checks or receiving the ‘proof of delivery’ from the User, as the case may be.
  • Regarding the refund of the shipping charge that you incur while shipping the product back to us, we can only refund the amount it cost us to ship the product to you or the cost that you have borne (whichever is lower)
  • Products bought during any sale or discount offers cannot be refunded or replaced
