Shipping Policy 

  • We guarantee that the dispatch will be completed within 48 hours of the purchase being submitted. There might be a minor delay in dispatching from the above during any festival holidays, public holidays, or promotional sale times.
  • Upon successfully placing an order on the Platforms and after Bandidos has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner , the customer will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the customer in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.
    • Depending on the customer's location, it may take 2 to 10 working days to deliver the consignment after dispatch

  • Consignment door delivery is dependent on the service region of the aforementioned partner. If door-to-door delivery is not possible in the designated locations, the customer must pick up the shipment from the closest delivery hub suggested by the logistic partner. The logistics partner will contact you to ensure the same.
  • During the ordering process, please get in touch with our customer care department if you want express delivery, or international shipping.
  • Please contact our care department for more help if your order experiences significant delivery delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
  • Shipping costs and payment processing fees will be deducted from the invoiced value upon refund if the customer has not answered phone calls from Bandidos team members or logistic partners during delivery process.
  • We do not offer return pick-up services for returning orders; instead, customers must resend them to the address listed on the contact page.
  • Return and Refund Policy

    • Please refer to our terms outlined in our cancellation policy for refunds that are subject to order cancellation by customer.
    • Products will be replaced only in case of defects in the Products, incorrect products shipped to the User, missing components, and size fitting issues for riding gears, and not for any other reason.
    • If we don’t have any such products for replacing to customer, then ‘only’ we will be initiate refund process.
