RHINOWALK MTR010 Adjustable Motorcycle Exhaust Heat Shield

The RHINOWALK MTR010 is an adjustable motorcycle exhaust heat shield designed to help protect nearby soft luggage from heat generated by the motorcycle's exhaust system. It provides a physical barrier between a compatible exhaust section and saddlebags or soft panniers positioned close to it.

Constructed from aluminum alloy, the shield offers a compact and lightweight design suitable for motorcycle touring and adventure luggage setups. It measures approximately 20 × 10 × 3 cm and weighs around 161 grams.

The MTR010 uses an adjustable hose-clamp mounting arrangement. According to RHINOWALK, the clamp is suitable for exhaust mounting sections with a circumference greater than 25 cm and less than 65 cm. Compatibility also depends on the exhaust shape and available mounting clearance.

The shield is recommended for use with RHINOWALK MT1418, MT1428 and MT1448 soft side bags when positioned near the exhaust. It can also be considered for other compatible soft luggage arrangements.

The package includes one heat shield, one hose clamp and one screw. The shield does not replace a luggage support rack or eliminate the need for safe exhaust clearance.

Before riding, confirm that the clamp is securely tightened and that the shield and luggage remain clear of the exhaust outlet, rear wheel, swingarm and suspension components.
