Its outer shell is made from rugged 600D PU-coated polyester for strong abrasion resistance, with ventilated 3D mesh panels to ensure good airflow a useful balance of protection and breathability. For impact protection, the jacket is equipped with CE-certified armour: shoulders, elbows, and back get “CERROS Zero-G Level 2” protectors, and the jacket is designed with pockets ready for an optional chest protector giving strong coverage of critical zones in case of a fall. The Viper Jacket also considers rider comfort and usability: soft neoprene trims at collar and cuffs reduce chafing, adjustable waist/arm/cuff straps allow a tailored fit, and easy-access pockets plus glove-friendly zippers make it practical for everyday use. Reflective panels improve visibility in low light, adding a safety boost for night or early-morning rides.
